Idrissa Ouedraogo was born on January 21, 1954 in Banfora, Upper Volta. He was a director and writer, known for 雅巴 (1989), 蒂莱 (1990) and Samba Traoré (1992). He died on February 18, 2018 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
